- How do I sign in to the app?
- You sign in with the account your brand created for you. If you have no account or cannot sign in, contact your brand manager.
- I cannot see a module.
- Modules open according to your brand's licence and your permissions. In the app, Account → Modules in this brand shows which ones are on; ask your brand manager about a missing one.
- How do I set up notifications?
- In the app, choose which notifications you receive under Account → Notifications.
- How do I delete my account?
- Send a request from Account → Request account deletion in the app, or from our account deletion page.
