Account deletion request

You can request the deletion of your account. Your request goes to the manager of the brand you belong to, and the outcome is sent to you by email.

What is deleted

The user account you sign in to the CENPRA app and web products with, and the personal settings tied to it.

What is kept

The brand's sales and document records belong to the brand; they remain in the brand's records even after your account is deleted.
