How it works
How CENPRA works, from sale to report
CENPRA is not a POS. Sales data from your till comes in over a secure connection, is applied to recipes and stock, is reported at closing and becomes suggestions for the next day. All products use the same sales, stock and account data.

The path of a single sale
The steps a sale goes through during the day. None of them requires manual data entry.

The sale is made on the POS
Sales are made on the POS you always use. Nothing needs to change on your till.

The data is transferred and checked
Sales data is transferred immediately. Duplicates are blocked, voids and corrections are detected, and a notification is sent if data is missing. Each branch connects with its own POS account, so data never gets mixed up.

Stock and cost are updated
The item sold is matched to its recipe. The ingredients used are deducted from stock and the real cost of the plate is calculated.

The daily report is prepared
Brain reviews the day's data and separates out anything unusual. These items are opened as tasks and followed until they are closed.

Suggestions come to you for approval
Talos learns how your business runs and asks you before adding a new rule. Nothing is done without your approval.
How setup works
Setup begins by connecting your POS. A business that is already trading sees its data on the day the connection is made.

Connect your POS
A secure connection is set up with your existing POS. Sales start coming in the same day, and you do not need to re-enter anything.

Set up your recipes
Once products are matched to recipes, every sale is recorded as ingredient usage and cost. A value that has not been measured is never shown as zero; it is marked as missing.

Set up team access
Head office sees every branch. Branch staff handle orders, counts and goods receipt from their own screen and only see their own branch.

Follow your daily reports
Every morning Brain prepares a summary of the previous day and opens tasks for anything that needs attention. Tasks are followed until they are resolved.
Data security and permissions
Users only see the branches they are authorised for
Brand and branch permissions work the same way in every product. Branch staff use their own screen. Cost information is never shared with the branch; at most, a branch can see the totals on its own documents.
Branch data is kept separate
Each branch connects with its own POS account. Data is transferred and reported per branch.
The system calculates the figures; AI only interprets them
AI is not allowed to produce figures, and every number has a known source. When data is missing, the screen says so instead of showing zero.
Critical actions need your approval
Your approval is requested before any action that cannot be undone. Talos makes suggestions; you make the decision.
